Dr. Kimberly Lewis, a native of Illinois, has just relocated her practice from SC to Mount Airy NC
She received her Bachelor of Science degree, and Doctor of Chiropractic at the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She has trained intensely in nutritional, hormonal and neurotransmitter evaluation. Prior to coming to Mount Airy, she was the owner of Advanced Chiropractic in Aiken for 10 years, and before that she practiced in Quebec, Canada. She has traveled extensively world over volunteering her Chiropractic services.
Dr. Lewis is a chiropractor she works with neurological, muscular, and skeletal disorders. She offers diagnostic services and science based nutrition for optimal performance in addition to traditional Chiropractic services. “It is getting harder and harder to stay health in today’s changing world. Our world is full of environmental toxins. Our food has been genetically modified and has many toxic additives. Our world and work place has many more stressors than there once was in the past. Insomnia, fibromyalgia, difficulty losing weight and emotional/behavioral disorders are often directly related to food allergies and dietary deficiencies”. (Dr. Kimberly Lewis). Dr. Lewis also is trained in ground breaking treatment of Autism and ADHD and the host of other children’s disorders that are reaching epidemic proportion.
When not in the office, you are likely to see her training agility dogs, working out at Reeve's Community Center, riding her bike and volunteering her time teaching nutrition classes that are open to the public.
